Why use TPO Training?
TPO’s training courses have been created with the purpose of assisting agents in checking their business practices are complaint with the requirements of TPO’s Codes. Similar to the Codes, the courses available have been approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute and, in addition, provide Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points.
TPO’s courses provide a cost-effective and simple method of providing training to your staff. Online training means staff have the flexibility to access, pause and complete courses whenever and wherever is convenient.
Ombudsmen, Standards and Codes of Practice

As an ombudsman scheme approved by the Ombudsman Association, TPO is committed to helping to raise standards and promote best practice in the property industry. TPO’s Codes formalise the standards expected of TPO agents.
